Estimates & Pricing
All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of estimate. Final pricing and scope of work may change depending on vessel condition, size, accessibility, environmental factors, or additional service requirements discovered upon inspection. Any material changes will be communicated before work proceeds.
Scheduling
Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, workload, equipment availability, marina access, and operational considerations. Deposits may reserve scheduling priority but do not guarantee a specific completion date unless confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to weather, mechanical issues, safety conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits & Payment
Certain services may require a deposit to secure scheduling priority. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice. Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in withheld delivery, delayed service, additional fees, or refusal of future services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance. Deposits may become non-refundable if labor, materials, scheduling time, or operational resources have already been committed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vessel information and ensure safe and reasonable access to the vessel, including access to power and water when required. Blackline Marine Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, corrosion, underlying defects, age-related failures, neglect, improper maintenance, or prior workmanship.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackline Marine Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability arising from services performed shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
