By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of
Service.
Estimates & Pricing
All prices provided are estimates only and are based on the information submitted. Final scope
and pricing may change if vessel condition differs at the time of service.
Scheduling
Scheduling is weather- and job-flow dependent. Deposits reserve priority in our service queue and
do not guarantee a fixed service date.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve priority. Deposits are applied to the final service total.
Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated in advance. Deposits may be
non-refundable once labor, materials, or scheduling resources have been allocated.
Service Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vessel information and ensuring safe access to
the vessel. Blackline Marine Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackline Marine Care shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of any updates.
